Vijay Nair is the CEO of Only Much Louder. He embarked on his music career at an early age managing Indian acts. What started as a hobby became a business venture when he founded Only Much Louder, the first artist management company for indie bands in India.

Shreyas Srinivasan joined OML in April 2010 and founded OML’s digital business. He has since been instrumental in creating and launching NH7.in. He also manages e-ticketing and digital marketing at OML. Before OML he was the co-founder of RadioVeRVe, one of India’s first internet radio stations dedicated to promoting Independent Music. He is a well know open source developer and speaks extensively on open source and related technologies.

As the market for caller ringback tones struggles to grow, and physical distribution of music declines, new opportunities have cropped up online through streaming and digital music sales.
